dark-brown colour. While the capsule is immature, Mr. Wilson observes<br />

the seeds to cohere in masses usually of 4, sometimes 3.<br />

leaves ovate gradually acuminated nerveless the upper ones<br />

Spring.—This has been often confounded with A. Rothii, from which it<br />

is at once distinguishable by its broad and nerveless leaf, and usually<br />

browner colour. It is much more allied to the preceding species, but is<br />

considerably smaller.<br />
