Species Ecology<br />

roosts in limestone caves and trees. This small long<br />

fingered bat is insectivorous.<br />

Conservation <strong>Status</strong><br />

Global: Least Concern<br />

<strong>National</strong>: Data Deficient<br />

Rationale for assessment: <strong>The</strong>re is insufficient<br />

information available to make an accurate<br />

assessment <strong>of</strong> the extinction risk <strong>of</strong> this species in<br />

Nepal. However, Molur et al. (2002) consider this<br />

species Critically Endangered in Nepal; therefore<br />

further information may qualify this species for a<br />

threatened category.<br />
