National Distribution
The Four-horned Antelope’s current distribution
includes Bardia National Park, Chitwan National
Park and Parsa Wildlife Reserve. This species may be
restricted to the Churia range in Bardia National Park
and areas around Banswari Khola and Tamar Tal in
Chitwan National Park, however this needs further
verification.
Distribution outside Nepal
India.
Main Threats
• Habitat degradation and fragmentation.
• Fragmented population.
• Hunting for subsistence.
