<strong>National</strong> Distribution<br />

<strong>The</strong> Four-horned Antelope’s current distribution<br />

includes Bardia <strong>National</strong> Park, Chitwan <strong>National</strong><br />

Park and Parsa Wildlife Reserve. This species may be<br />

restricted to the Churia range in Bardia <strong>National</strong> Park<br />

and areas around Banswari Khola and Tamar Tal in<br />

Chitwan <strong>National</strong> Park, however this needs further<br />

verification.<br />

Distribution outside Nepal<br />

India.<br />

Main Threats<br />

• Habitat degradation and fragmentation.<br />

• Fragmented population.<br />

• Hunting for subsistence.<br />
