subspecies enterica serovar Agona, 4 S. Typhimurium and 2 S. Enteritidis strains. 1 Denotes the phage type (PT) <strong>of</strong> the strain. 2 Denotes the definitive phage type<br />

(DT) <strong>of</strong> the strain. 3 Denotes the pr<strong>of</strong>ile <strong>of</strong> the strain based on the Pulse Field Gel Electrophoresis (PFGE) assessment. 4-5 Denotes the PFGE reference number for<br />

the S. Agona strains not related to the SAGOXB.0066 strains. 6 PFGE pr<strong>of</strong>ile produced in silico by Mark Achtman Group [185]. 7 Denotes the PFGE pr<strong>of</strong>ile <strong>of</strong> the two<br />
