4. Contractor Alert Reporting Database
I. Proposer will be evaluated on their experience and
capacity as corporation or other entity to perform the
required services based on information provided in
Business Proposal, Section B.1 of the proposal.

Proposer will be evaluated on the verification of
references provided in the Business Proposal, Section
B.3. In addition to the references provided, a review will
include the County’s Contract Database and Contractor
Alert Reporting Database, if applicable, reflecting past
performance history on County of other contracts. This
review may result in point deductions up to 100% of the
total points awarded in this evaluation category.
Additionally, a review of terminated contracts will be
conducted which may result in point deductions.
A review will be conducted to determine the significance
of any litigation or judgments pending against the
Proposer as provide in Business Proposal, Section B.5 of
the proposal.
.2 Minimum Mandatory Requirements (Business Proposal, Section
B.2 – Limit to Ten (10) Pages.)
1. Proposer shall provide the business office location within Los
Angeles County that will have a responsible person to maintain
all administrative records related to the Proposed Contract and
financial reports that are required herein. The location of the
offices must meet the requirements outlined in RFP Section 1.0,
Subsection 1.5, Minimum Mandatory Requirements. (Business
Proposal, Section B.2.1,)
2. Provide the service office location in which the Proposer will
provide services. The location of the offices must meet the
requirements outlined in RFP Section 1.0, Subsection 1.5,
Minimum Mandatory Requirement (Business Proposal, Section
B.2.2).
3. Demonstrate that the Contractor’s Contract Manager has met the
minimum mandatory requirements outlined in Subsection 1.5 and
has a minimum of five years’ experience in the performance of
case record storage and retrieval services or similar to the
services required in this RFP. (Business Proposal, Section B.2.3,)
