margins of the mass are well defined.<br />

No other masses are noted. There is a<br />

small amount of gas present in the<br />

cranial thoracic esophagus (arrows).<br />

This is a normal finding. Diagnosis:<br />

Primary lung tumor. Although a<br />

solitary large metastatic neoplasm<br />

may be encountered, it is much less<br />

likely than a primary lung tumor.<br />
