the center of the contrast puddle. The bladder wall shows<br />

moderate irregularity <strong>and</strong> thickening consistent with cystitis.<br />

Differential diagnoses include intravesicular blood clot,<br />

neoplasm, or radiolucent calculus. Diagnosis: Intravesicular<br />

blood clot secondary to hematuria due to cystitis.<br />

bladder with irregular mucosal<br />

thickening <strong>and</strong> small linear <strong>and</strong><br />

contrast media. Differential diagnoses<br />

include cystitis with intracystic<br />

debris or neoplasia. Diagnosis:<br />

Cystitis <strong>and</strong> intracystic debris (excess<br />

mucus <strong>and</strong> desquamated epithelium).
