of the left rear foot. There is marked
destruction of the third phalanx of
this digit. There is a small amount of
soft-tissue calcification cranially and
laterally. There is no evidence of
periosteal proliferation. Diagnosis:
Squamous cell carcinoma of the digit.

of the tibia. There are lytic lesions of the femur, patella, and tibia, the involvement of multiple bones
suggesting a soft-tissue mass invading bone. Minimal periosteal response is present. Diagnosis:
Liposarcoma.
