SEPTA is governed by a Board consisting of fifteen Directors. The City of<br />
Philadelphia <strong>and</strong> the Counties of Bucks, Chester, Delaware <strong>and</strong> Montgomery each<br />
appoint two members to the Board. The Pennsylvania Senate <strong>and</strong> House collectively<br />
appoint four members, <strong>and</strong> the Governor of Pennsylvania appoints one<br />
