• Include more specific guidance in dealing with ICS structure and communication problems with<br />

that structure.<br />

• This class is too elementary for most of the people at this conference.<br />

Comments on instructional methods and materials<br />

• Excellent facilitator! (Two responses)<br />

• Too much instructor interaction with one group.<br />

• Very good slides and lecture material.<br />

• Liked the inclusion of the Personality Resources International Web link,<br />

• Good hands on exercises and fun toys.<br />

completed and scored before they arrive. This would allow the scores to be used as an<br />

introduction to the course and act as a resource for the “self-categorization” activity at the<br />

beginning of the course.<br />
