Comments on course content<br />
• A good introduction to EPA regulations.<br />
Comments on instructional methods and materials<br />
• Instructor did an excellent job of making the topic interesting and kept participants’ attention.<br />

• Reference CD is an excellent resource. (Four responses)<br />
• Please do not assume that we are <strong>OSC</strong>s. Some of us are RSC, so our knowledge may or may not<br />
be limited.<br />
• Too many undefined abbreviations (e.g., EHS).<br />
• Missing well-classification slide (SDWA) and the National Ambient Air Quality Standards table<br />
slide.<br />
• Pace of the course was a little too fast.<br />
