2007 OSC Readiness Training Program Evaluation Report
• Decent balance of lecture, case studies, and exercises.
• Use more removal case studies earlier in the training.
• Too much information to digest in 4 hours and too much lecture. (Three responses)
• Pace could have been increased a little bit as we ran behind.
• Although presentations had good information, they were very dry and slow. (Two responses)
• Too many visual aides and graphs to digest at the pace of the lecture.
• Charts and graphs in handouts need improvement: larger print and colors that match the
presentation slides. (Five responses)
• Hand out EPA Guidance (when final) and the Interstate Technology and Regulatory Council
guidance (on disc).

• Yes, for someone with no background in soil vapor sampling.
Comments on recommending course to colleagues
• Yes, but there should be more emphasis on guidance and recommendations, less on temporal
variability.
• Would recommend as more of an update.
