Comments on course relevance to job responsibilities<br />

• Very helpful handouts.<br />

• The field accounting material is of particular help. (Two responses)<br />

Comments on course content<br />

• Great material.<br />

• Case studies would help to illustrate the dos and don’ts in unusual or unique situations.<br />

• Would be great to break Removal Cost Management System (RCMS) out as a separate class.<br />

• Could have more new material to increase knowledge.<br />

• The course can definitely be upgraded to tougher material.<br />

• Topics to be shortened: streamline new procurement initiatives.<br />

• Topics to be lengthened: performance-based contracts; “Field Experienced” speakers;<br />

performance-based service contracting (PBSC) discussion - use this forum to get input from<br />

<strong>OSC</strong>s; RCMS - cost accounting.<br />

• Topics to be omitted: Headquarters’ discussion on performance contracts; RCMS overview.<br />

• Topics to be added: how to manage contractors’ hours; module for dealing with contractors and<br />

ICS system; information relating to actual sites of constructing issues.<br />
