• As a member of the RSC, I felt most courses offered were far too technical for RSCs. Others,
though not too technical, were interesting but not applicable to our duties as RSCs. OSCs should
not have to suffer for our lack of technical expertise so I am not suggesting this should be
changed. However, if you continue to combine RSC and OSCs together in the same training
conference, you might consider separating the two for the actual courses (i.e., courses only
applicable to RSC, courses only applicable to OSCs, and a smattering of courses applicable to
both).
• Bioremediation, PRP lead removals.
• Case Studies.
• Chemical Identification.
• Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM).
• USCG and EPA joint response to a shoreline incident.
• Courses geared at RSC members.
• Debbie D. did great.
