• I do a lot of public meetings and this course is immediately applicable to my work. (Three<br />

• My job can be high stress and this course gives me excellent tools to use.<br />
• Course material is not an immediate relevance to job, but material will help me overall in my<br />
professional and personal communications. (Two responses)<br />
