Chapter 7: <strong>Land</strong> <strong>Use</strong> <strong>Code</strong><br />

Section 5.02. Each residential condominium unit shall be considered a separate<br />

dwelling unit for purposes <strong>of</strong> determining parking compliance.<br />

(2) There is or will be a one (1) hour fire wall between all units.<br />

(3) Owners <strong>of</strong> the property proposed for condominium conversion have or will give<br />

the notice to residential tenants <strong>of</strong> the building required by, and otherwise comply<br />

with the requirements <strong>of</strong>, Section 38-33-112, C.R.S., being a part <strong>of</strong> the<br />

Condominium Ownership Act, as amended. Copies <strong>of</strong> the notification shall be filed<br />

with the <strong>Town</strong> Clerk as pro<strong>of</strong> <strong>of</strong> compliance.<br />

(h) Recording Prohibited. No condominium subdivision shall be recorded until the <strong>Town</strong><br />

determines that it has satisfied all <strong>Town</strong> requirements and has obtained all required <strong>Town</strong><br />

approvals.<br />
