Chapter 7: <strong>Land</strong> <strong>Use</strong> <strong>Code</strong><br />

(d) Temporary uses. The following uses shall be permitted in the P, Public District only<br />

upon approval <strong>of</strong> a temporary use permit in accordance with the procedures and standards <strong>of</strong> Sec.<br />

6.17, Temporary use permits.<br />

Asphalt/concrete batch plant, temporary, subject to Sec. 3.05(d)(3)<br />

Building material yard/construction <strong>of</strong>fice<br />

Field <strong>of</strong>fice, temporary<br />

(e) Minimum lot area. There shall be no minimum lot area requirement in the P, Public<br />

District.<br />

(f) Minimum lot width. There shall be no minimum lot width requirement in the P, Public<br />

District.<br />

(g) Minimum front yard. The minimum front yard requirement in the P, Public District<br />

shall be 10 feet (10').<br />

(h) Minimum side yard. The minimum side yard requirement in the P, Public District, shall<br />

be 10 feet (10').<br />

(i) Minimum rear yard. The minimum rear yard in the P, Public District shall be ten feet<br />

(10') for all uses, however, no rear yard setback shall be required for non-residential buildings if<br />

an alley is located adjacent the rear lot line.<br />

(j) Maximum lot coverage. The maximum lot coverage in the P, Public District shall be<br />

sixty percent (60%) for all uses, subject to Sec. 3.06(i).<br />

(k) Maximum height. The maximum height <strong>of</strong> buildings and structures in the P, Public<br />

District shall be thirty-five feet (35') for all uses, subject to Sec. 3.06(k).<br />
