(c) Minimum lot area per dwelling unit. Residential uses shall comply with the minimum<br />
lot area per dwelling unit standards contained in the district regulations and summarized in the<br />
Residential Area Regulations Schedule, as may be modified by additional provisions in the<br />
district regulations, in this subsection or elsewhere in this chapter.<br />
(d) Minimum lot width. Lots used for residential uses shall comply with the minimum lot<br />
width standards contained in the district regulations and summarized in the Residential Area<br />
Regulations Schedule, as may be modified by additional provisions in the district regulations, in<br />
this subsection or elsewhere in this chapter.<br />
(1) Measurement. Lot width shall be the length <strong>of</strong> the minimum required front yard<br />
setback line between the two side lot lines. If the front yard setback line is an arc or a<br />
curve, the lot width shall be the length <strong>of</strong> said arc or curve.<br />
(2) Cul-de-sacs. Notwithstanding any other provisions <strong>of</strong> this chapter, lots fronting<br />
on a cul-de-sac shall have a minimum front street line <strong>of</strong> fifty feet (50') and a minimum<br />
lot width <strong>of</strong> seventy-five feet (75'), provided that this provision shall not apply in the<br />
PUD, Planned Unit Development Overlay District.<br />
(e) Minimum floor area per dwelling unit. Residential uses shall comply with the<br />
minimum floor area per dwelling unit standards contained in the district regulations and<br />
summarized in the Residential Area Regulations Schedule, as may be modified by additional<br />
provisions in the district regulations, in this subsection or elsewhere in this chapter.<br />
(1) Measurement. The floor area <strong>of</strong> a dwelling, for the purpose <strong>of</strong> these minimum<br />
