Chapter 7: <strong>Land</strong> <strong>Use</strong> <strong>Code</strong><br />
§ 3.10 B-1, Business District<br />
(a) Purpose and intent. The B-1, Business District is designed primarily to accommodate a<br />
wide variety <strong>of</strong> residential, <strong>of</strong>fice, retail and repair/service uses as may be appropriate for a<br />
mixed-use community center. The B-1, Business District, is intended to accommodate the<br />
majority <strong>of</strong> retail uses within the <strong>Town</strong>, with residential uses located above and/or behind<br />
commercial uses on a lot. It is intended for application in areas designated "Commercial" on the<br />
future land use map <strong>of</strong> the Comprehensive Plan. In addition to the use and area regulations <strong>of</strong><br />
this section, development in the B-1, Business District shall be in compliance with all other<br />
applicable provisions <strong>of</strong> this chapter.<br />
(b) Permitted uses. The following uses shall be permitted in the B-1, Business District,<br />
subject to compliance with any applicable conditions and all other provisions <strong>of</strong> this chapter.<br />

Amusement, commercial, subject to Sec. 3.05(d)(2)<br />
