Sales trailer, temporary, subject to Sec. 3.05(d)(7)<br />

(e) Minimum lot area. The minimum lot area requirement shall be six thousand square feet<br />

(6000 s.f.) in the I, Industrial District.<br />

(f) Minimum lot width. The minimum lot width requirement shall be fifty feet (50') in the<br />

I, Industrial District.<br />

(g) Minimum floor area per unit. There shall be no minimum floor area per dwelling unit<br />

requirement in the I, Industrial District.<br />

(h) Minimum front yard. The minimum front yard setback requirement shall be fifteen feet<br />

(15') in the I, Industrial District, subject to Sec. 3.06(f).<br />

(i) Minimum side yard. The minimum side yard setback requirement shall be ten feet (10')<br />

for all uses in the I, Industrial District, subject to Sec. 3.06(g).<br />

(j) Minimum rear yard. The minimum rear yard in the I, Industrial District shall be ten feet<br />

(10') for all uses, subject to Sec. 3.06(h).<br />

(k) Maximum lot coverage. The maximum lot coverage in the I, Industrial District shall be<br />

fifty percent (50%) for all uses, subject to Sec. 3.06(i).<br />

(l) Maximum height. The maximum height <strong>of</strong> buildings and structures in the I, Industrial<br />

District shall be thirty feet (30') for all uses, subject to Sec. 3.06(k).<br />
