Off-site parking. Required <strong>of</strong>f-street parking spaces shall be on the same lot as the<br />

principal use, provided that all or a portion <strong>of</strong> the required parking spaces may be located on<br />

a separate lot from the lot on which the principal use is located, based on the following<br />

provisions.<br />

(1) Contiguous. The <strong>of</strong>f-site parking shall be located on a lot that is immediately<br />
