Manage Your Forms can be accessed by:
• Clicking on Manage Your Forms from the
Global Login page OR
• Selecting Manage Your Forms from the
BioSAR Enterprise Forms menu.
3. Click Save Changes.
NOTE: To continue defining the form, select the new
form from the listbox and click Edit.
Selecting a Base Table
The base table is the table which your form is built
around. Not only is it the first table in any form, all
additional tables included must be linked to the base
table in some way.
The base table for a form can be any of the tables
contained in the visible schemas on the system.
Only one base table can be chosen, and the list of
child tables to choose from will change depending
on the base table chosen.
To select a base table:
1. Click on [Select Base Table].
A page allowing you to select a table appears.
Create a New Form
To create a new form:
1. From the Manage Your Forms page, click
Create New Form.
A page allowing the definition of a new form
appears.
2. Select a schema from the Schema listbox.
The Base Table listbox is populated.
3. Select the base table from the Base Table
listbox.
4. Click Save Changes.
You are returned to the Edit Form page and
the name of the table chosen will be listed
under Base Table.
2. Enter a name and description for the new form
is the appropriate textboxes.
