Ordering Fields and Changing Label
Sizes in Reports
The order and size of fields in reports are a direct
result of the form the report is generated from.
Therefore, to change the order of fields, or the size
of field labels in a report, you need to change the
size of the field specified in the form.
3. Click on the name of the form you would like
to adjust.
4. Select the link for the appropriate table under
Field Options.
5. Scroll to the appropriate field and set the width
to the width you would like to see in your
report.
To change the order of fields:
1. Return to the Main Menu.
2. Click Mange Your Forms.
3. Click on the name of the form you would like
to adjust.
4. Click on the link in the Field Order column.
5. Use the Arrow buttons to move fields up and
down.
6. Click Save Changes.
To change the field label size:
1. Return to the Main Menu.
2. Click Mange Your Forms.
6. Click Save Changes and return to your form.
7. Generate the report again.
Your new width will be reflected.
