WILLIAM G. PETERSON
William G. Peterson first duly sworn deposes and says.
1) Affiant is an attorney duly authorized to practice law in the State of Minnesota.
2) On or about August 29, 2011, affiant was retained by Sally Doe, an heir or
devisee of the above estate.
3) Based on the foregoing engagement of services, affiant performed the services
indicated on the billing for services attached hereto and incorporated herein.
4) Affiant provided certain legal services and incurred certain expenses which are set
forth on Exhibit A hereto which affiant believes were of benefit to the foregoing Estate.
5) Affiant provided not only services for the benefit of the Estate, but also of benefit
to client Sally Doe.
6) Exhibit B attached hereto fairly and accurately reflects the cumulative services
rendered and expenses incurred.
7) Exhibit B includes the contents of the billings for services and expenses for the
benefit of the Estate as listed in Exhibit A.
8) The agreed-upon rate for attorney services was $300.00 per hour and for paralegal
services was $125.00 per hour.
9) Sally Doe paid a retainer of fee of $3,000.
