Since the program was introduced, Pacific Surfliner ridership hasincreased 52 percent between 2001-02 and 2005-06. Each month Metrolinkmonthly ticket holders take over 36,000 trips; Coaster monthly ticket holders take6,500 trips.The joint ticketing Rail 2 Rail Program allows Metrolink and Amtrak monthlyticket holders (for the Orange County and Ventura County lines) to have access to61
