I cannot describe the persons who were shooting because I was infront of them and they shot me in the back, so I could not see them.I can remember the youngest member of the group. By that I mean a groupof people who wore the same uniform. That man was the youngest and hewore a military cap. He had a long skinny face, no beard, and short blackhair; he was short rather than tall. That man was searching us and thenthey took us on the street. After that, I did not see that person.That person was maybe a little taller than I am now and I am one metreand 70 cm tall.”The witness started the identification process. The following persons arelined in the following order going from the right to the left side:1. Sran elekar2. Mirko Rimac3. Slobodan Mečanin4. Predrag Maletić5. Saša CvjetanIt was noted that the witness recognised the person at position number 5from the left and that is Saša Cvjetan.As an answer to the presiding judge’s question, the witness said, “This isnot the person I have just described. I recognised this man because he waspresent there. As a matter of fact there were two persons very similar to thisone, so I cannot be absolutely sure that this is the person that was presentat the scene. I think that a man that I have just recognised was the leaderthere and he was saying something all the time. He was the only personwho spoke and talked to us. When a minute ago I was describing a manbefore I did the identification process, I was describing only one man becauseI had no chance to describe more. I could also describe other peoplewho were present.”The identification process is over.118
