Podujevo 1999 – Beyond Reasonable Doubtcourt received a report from the Hague tribunal on the autopsy of a certainnumber of corpses found at the territory of the Podujevo Municipality.The state prosecutor and the defence counsellors will be given one copyof this Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe report on theHague tribunal findings.The court brings the following:RulingThat Slobodan Medić, Dragan Medić, Rajko Olujić, and Radislav Stalevićbe examined in the additional part of the probative procedure during today’ssession.The court is calling Slobodan Medić to stay in the courtroom and sends therest of the witnesses to go to a place where they should wait to be calledto give evidence.WITNESS: SLOBODAN MEDIĆ, aka Boca, from father Radivoje, agriculturaltechnician, resident of Novi Sad, 136 Petefi Šandor Street, born in Vinkovciin 1966, not related to defendants Cvjetan and Demirović, but has a goodrelationship with them.Pursuant to Article 329 of the CPC, the witness takes the declaration.The witness was warned that he must speak the truth before the court andthat he must not hide anything he knows, and that giving a false statementconstitutes a criminal offence.
