Then I wrote that the case wasin the investigative judge Mijat Bajović’s metal locker. I heard from my colleagueVesna that Judge Bajović stated that this case was for two years withthe president of the court, Branislav . Niketić. When the judge asked mewhat I wrote I told him I wrote the truth, that he had the case file for twoyears. I cannot remember giving any decision to attorney Šubaranović afterthe interrogation of defendant Demirović in the prison. I work in thecivil suit department in the Prokuplje District Court with Judge SvetozarMilojević now. After Judge Bajović retired, I worked in the investigationdepartment with Judge Jovanović for three or four months. Before I testifiedbefore the Prokuplje District Court, Judge Milorad Lapčević talkedto me. Judge Lapčević asked me if defendant Saša Cvjetan had a defencecounsellor and I said no. Then he said, ‘I knew it’ and I asked him howcome he knew this. He said that Fića, an attorney, told him so. Then, JudgeJovanović, who was present there, told me that it would be better for meif I did not remember anything. I said to this that I was not either crazy orstupid not to remember this. Then, Judge Gordana urić, who was alsopresent there, said that it could not work that way; that I was supposed totell the truth, as much as I remembered. Judge Lapčević said then that ifCvjetan was guilty he should then bear the responsibility and if he is notguilty then we will see. Then, Judge Jovanović said that it would not begood for Mijat and I said it would be better not to call me as a witness ifthey believed so and that they should decide if they wanted to examine meor not.
