Because of these children I amnot sorry if I have to suffer. I fought in the wars for ten years. I was a memberof the Scorpions unit for a long time and I have never seen that somebodykilled a child. I believe the court should order special security measuresfor me.”It is noted that the witness stated that, when the civilians were returnedfrom the street back in the yard, the person who said that the civiliansshould be returned also said, “why are you taking them out. Take themback inside the house. Tomorrow when we start, we’ll take care of whoeverstays in the houses”.Injured parties’ representative attorney Dragoljub Todorović asked a questionand the witness answered:“I heard in Prolom Banja that Borojević allegedly separated one womanfrom this group of civilians and took some money from her. Just as I havealready said, Borojević was proud of it in the beginning. I assume he killedthis woman, too. After this, he did not say a thing. As far as I know therewas no investigation into this act. Nobody interrogated me. We were sentback home after some ten days that we spent in Prolom Banja. SAJ Commandercame to us and thanked for our cooperation. He told us that wecould go now and that they would call us again when they needed us.Some ten days after we returned home, we were deployed to Kosovo again,but Cvjetan and Dragan Medić were not with us this time. Olujić was withus.”Attorney Teki Bokshi asked a question and the witness answered:“I intended to testify the last time and I was not so sick that I could not testify,but the reason for me not to testify was the conversation I had withCommander Medić. In the court hallway he was telling me about the consequencesof my today’s testimony. He did not say he would kill me, but180
