He suggested that thecourt brings in a court expert, who would determine whether such a transparentliquid existed, which you can smell and become more aggressive.The defendant then stated that he objected a part of the witness’s statementin which he mentioned this liquid and he believes that the witnesswas instructed to say this in order to show the worst possible picture of theSerb police and, in relation to this, he mentioned that witness statements titled“In the name of the victims” were published in the ‘Danas’ daily newspapersand the statement given by the witness, who was examined heretoday was published on 22 and 25 November 2002.After this the witness said:“Nobody instructed me.
