Let it go.’He called me Roo.I typed the investigation order and detention order. I cannot rememberwhen did I type them. I cannot remember because sometimes it happenedthat I typed the investigation order right after we received the investigationopening request, which means before the interrogation of the defendant.In this case I do not know if I did it before or after we interrogated thedefendants. I send the investigation orders i.e. I write delivery notes, packthem together with the decision, and the courier takes the decision. In thiscase I did not send the note of delivery to defendant Saša Cvjetan’s defenceattorney because he did not have one. I do not think I sent this note to attorneyDragutin Stanković. This all happened a long time ago and I cannotremember all of the details.”One member of the trial panel asked the witness a question and she gavethe following answer:“I did not see attorney Dragutin Stanković at all that day when we interrogateddefendant Cvjetan and I did not see him a couple of days later. Asyou just asked me I am saying that we usually give investigation orders anddetention orders to defendants right after the investigation is over, whilethey are still in prison. Sometimes we would bring the defendant to personallysign the note of delivery and sometimes we would leave it to the officerwho is in charge of delivering mail to the prisoners. We did not deliver thedecisions to the defence attorneys right away while we are still in the prisoni.e. we did not give them the decisions right away, so that it would not lookas if we typed the decision before somebody was interrogated.Since the notes of delivery addressed to the Prokuplje Prison AdministrationDepartment, defendant Cvjetan, attorney Živorad Šubaranović, defendantDemirović, attorney Dragutin Stanković were presented to me, Istate that the names of recipients are written in my handwriting.
