Humanitarian Law CenterBy this act he intentionally participated in the murder of 14 persons: ShefkateBogujevci, born in 1956; Nora Bogujevci, born in 1984; Fezdrie Llugaliu71 , born in 1978; Nefise Llugaliu, born in 1945; Sala Bogujevci, born in1960; Shpend Bogujevci, born in 1986; Shpetim Bogujevci, born in 1989,Shehide Bogujevci, born in 1932; Esma Duriqi, born in 1930; Fitnete Duriqi,born in 1963; Dafina Duriqi, born in 1990; Arbër Duriqi, born in 1992; MimozaDuriqi, born in 1995, and Albion Duriqi, born in 1997. He also participatedin the infliction of serious wounds upon five children: Saranda Bogujevci,born in 1985; Fatos Bogujevci, born in 1986; Jehona Bogujevci, bornin 1988; Lirrie Bogujevci, born in 1990; and Genc Bogujevci, born in 1993.- by which he committed the act of war crime against civilian populationpursuant to Article 142 Paragraph 1 of the FRY Criminal Code.-2. In the period from 28 March 1999 until 21 May 1999, he possessed, illegallyand without a proper respective authorities’ license, kept a 9 mm“Zbrojovka” M-75 pistol, made in Czechoslovakia, serial number D-4754with a clip and 6 9-mm bullets in his apartment on 6 Nineteenth MayStreet. He obtained the aforementioned possessions during the commissionof the criminal act described in Paragraph 1 and they were found I hisapartment on 21 May 1999,- by which he committed the act of illegal weapons and ammunition possessionpursuant to Article 33 Paragraph 1 of the Republic of Serbia Law onWeapons and Ammunition.The court is setting individual punishments for each of these crimes:- FOR THE WAR CRIME AGAINST CIVILIAN POPULATION PURSUANTTO ARTICLE 142 OF THE FRY CRIMINAL CODE, HE IS SENTENCEDTO 20 (TWENTY) YEARS OF IMPRISONMENT.- FOR THE ILLEGAL POSSESSION OF WEAPONS AND AMMUNITIONPURSUANT TO ARTICLE 33 PARAGRAPH 1 OF THE RS LAW ON WEAP-71 Fexhrie Blakqori Llugaliu206
