Podujevo 1999 – Beyond Reasonable DoubtI spoke to the prosecutor later on about this interrogation and I told himthat the defendant did not have a defence counsellor and that I told him Iwould come later in case he was not willing to present his defence withouta defence counsellor. However, Nikolić told me I did not have to do this becausethe defence was not mandatory for this criminal act.I am saying that Radica Marinković had worked with me for a long timebefore this event.
