Previously,he told me to call the prosecutor, tell him that we are going to the prisonbuilding to interrogate these defendants, and call him to attend the interrogation.I called the district prosecutor on the phone and he told me thatthe two of us should go alone because he had to go to Niš. He had to seea doctor in Niš. I cannot remember if it was for him or for him mother, buthe said that we should go and after the interrogation we should come tohis office because he was going to return from Niš soon.Judge Mijat Bajović and I went together from the court building to the prisonbuilding. When we arrived there, we first went to see the head of theprison, Aleksandar orević, in his office. I do not know what they were exactlytalking about in the office of the head of the prison. I only know thatI had coffee. orević provided a room for us in the prison yard where wecould interrogate the defendants. Cvjetan was brought first for the interrogation.When Judge Bajović and I went to this room, two persons in civilianclothes were already in there. I did not know these two persons.
