Wereturned the arms in Prolom Banja in the manner the arms were issued tous. We handed in automatic rifles and ammunition but kept our personalarms.While we were in Prolom Banja, nobody questioned or heard me, nor haveI heard about anybody else being heard or questioned. I thought it unusualthat we were returning although, while staying in Prolom Banja, we hadsome activities, and besides, NATO forces were expected to land in the areaof the Radan mountain. Communication systems which were supposed tooperate at the time of the landing were not installed. I think they were present in the courtyard. It ispossible that they had also run after me, and I don’t know them, while Iknow well those whose names I have mentioned.”The defendant answered the last question of the presiding judge: “I wasnot given any order concerning people found in the houses. It is understoodthat, when the forces of the Ministry of the Interior enter houses, thearms found in the houses must be handed over, and I am being chargedwith robbery. It is a normal procedure that, should there be terrorists, theterrorists should be arrested at the moment of entering the house, andshould they fire at me, I would fire at them.
