It is noted that thewitness is giving her statement in the presence of the court interpreters,who would provide translation from English into Serbian, from Albanianinto Serbian, and from English into Albanian.As the answer to the presiding judge’s question, the witness said:“I think I know why I was summoned and when this event took place I wasnot 14-years-old yet. The event took place in the yard of one house. Therewere a lot of people, I cannot say exactly how many. I was wounded, aswell. I was shot in the arm, leg, and back. I saw one man who was shootingat me. Because of my wounds I conclude that there were several peoplewho shot at me. I think I could recognise the man who shot at me. Thatman was quite tall; he had a beard; according to his looks, he was around40 years old. That man was wearing a camouflage uniform. His hair wasdark brown, a bit longer. I cannot recall the colour of his eyes, but I thinkthey were brown. Besides him, I could recognise some other persons whowere also there.120
