Humanitarian Law CenterThe defence counsellors do not object the evidence or the examination ofthe witnesses who would be able to say something about the event itself,but they do object the examination of the witnesses who only have generallydefined information. Therefore, they are demanding that the panelasks for an explanation regarding the circumstances these prosecution witnesseswill be examined about.The defendant agrees with his defence counsel’s proposals.The injured parties’ representative Nataša Kandić stated that people listedin the submission are the eyewitnesses of the event, which occurred in thebar; the moment when Selman Gashi and Hamdi Duriqi were taken out ofthe line and taken inside the bar. Witness Nazim Veseli is the person whowas wounded and who was mentioned today in witness Safet Bogujevci’sstatement. Actually Nazim has information regarding the event, which hethinks is very important since the Scorpions members went through theGjata and Kastrati yards in order to get into the yard where women andchildren were shot at.The deputy district public prosecutor proposed that the Humanitarian LawCentre’s submission titled ‘In the Name of the Victims’ be put in the documentationas a justification of this proposal.The defence counsellors do not object the examination of witnesses EnverDuriqi and Shemsi Duriqi, but they do object the examination of other witnessesand they add that in this report there are no addresses of these peopleand it was not even described where these people live.The court brings the followingRulingIn the next main hearing session, the following witnesses will be examined:Enver Duriqi, Shemsi Duriqi, and Vallbona Bogujevci.
