It found the following:• Defendants Saša Cvjetan and Dejan Demirović were members of theScorpions unit in March 1999.• The Scorpions unit was established as a volunteer unit and it wascomprised of 128 members.• The Commander of the Scorpions unit was Slobodan Medić, aka“Boca”, and Zoran Manojlović aka. “Srle” was his deputy.The following persons were among the Scorpions- Zoran Vukšić aka “Žuća”,- Željko ukić aka “Brka”,- Dragan Medić aka “Guljo”.6
