Podujevo 1999 – Beyond Reasonable DoubtI did not receive any documentation related to the exhumation. When thebodies were re-exhumed in 2001, I received documentation. After the mortalremains were re-exhumed, they were sent to Orahovac where the teamauthorised to undertake the identification process was. After the first exhumationin 2001, only the identification process was undertaken. As far asI know pathologists from the Priština Hospital, Muharem Rama and TefikGashi, inspected the bodies and that was on 30 March 1999.I agree with the criminal proceedings led against the defendant and lateron I will make a declaration regarding a claim for damages.”When the witness was presented with the photos from the photo documentation,he explained:“Old Alen Gashi’s house could be seen on the photos one and two in thephoto documentation marked with number 16. This house was located atthe end of our yard. In the photo documentation marked with number 15I declare that I do not recognise the persons from the photo. In the samedocumentation, I recognise the Drini bar, and I think that a person in thephoto number two is Hamdi 31 or Selman Gashi, I am not quite sure.
