Operator aids.6.3.4 Forklift TruckOperatorsa. The initial training ofoperators shallinclude:1. Applicant training on equipment forwhich qualification is sought, under the directionofa qualified operator who is designated bymanagement to instruct in the operation ofhoisting equipment.2. Instructor review ofthe applicant'sknowledge, including results ofwritten <strong>and</strong> oralevaluation, <strong>and</strong> witnessing a demonstration oftheoperator's skills.c.
