c. Consolideck Heat Pad, by Prosoco.
2.6 PENTRATING LIQUID LITHIUM SILICATE DENSIFIER
A. Concrete lithium based chemical densifier specifically for concrete surface treatment which reacts chemically to
the concrete surface forming a clear, dense, durable, hard, abrasion-resistant surface. Product shall be a colorless,
odorless, water-based solution that is less than 50 VOC.
B. Penetrating Lithium Silicate Densifier Material:
1. Pentra-Sil (NL-H) by Convergent Concrete Technologies
2. Consolideck LS/CS by Prosoco
3. SS Harden X by Seal Source Inc.
C. Densifier Sprayer:
1. Carbon dioxide sprayer.
a. Patriot SpraySafe System, by Patriot Sprayer Systems.
1) Provide Green #4 spray tip – 4.2 gallons per hour.
b. Substitutions not allowed.
2.7 CONCRETE SILICATE COLORANT
A. Water-based concrete dye for tinting penetrating densifier:
1. Ameripolish Color Juice by American Decorative Concrete.
a. Color (as required to match existing adjacent concrete panels):
1) Walmart Saddle Brown.
2) Walmart Adobe Gray.
3) Walmart Fall Brown.
4) Alternate color as recommended by colorant manufacturer’s technical representative.
2.8 PROTECTIVE SURFACE TREATMENT (STAIN GUARD)
A. Protective Surface Treatment (Stain Guard): Low VOC, penetrating aqueous, lithium silicate solution. Provide
one of the following.
