In the capacity of owner’s testing and inspecting agency, periodic reports as well as a final report have been issued. Those reports state that all of the on-site inspection and testing has been performed. Work requiring inspection was, to the best of the inspector’s knowledge, in conformance with the approved plans, specifications, and applicable workmanship provisions of the code. To our knowledge no outstanding items exist except as otherwise may be entered and shown on the Wal-Mart Observation Log.
