Note: Delinquent Accounts<br />

The college reserves the right to forward any delinquent account to its Legal Department<br />

for further action and also reserves the right to forward Delinquent Accounts<br />

to a Collection Agency in order to collect the amount due to the College.<br />

Students will be responsible for all costs associated with collection as allowed by<br />

and in compliance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.<br />

Withdrawals and Refunds<br />

After classes commence, a student finding it necessary to withdraw from the College<br />

or change from full-time to part-time status for acceptable reasons, shall receive<br />

tuition refund as follows (FEES, HOWEVER, ARE NOT REFUNDABLE):<br />

Fall and Spring Semesters<br />
