Adds that a waiver can be requested if circumstances dictate the need for the<br />

maternity uniforms are needed early.<br />

A waiver may be requested from PSC (PSD-mu) if the circumstances<br />

dictate the need for the maternity uniform prior to the second trimester.<br />

Maternity Dress Shirts. “These shirts are similar to the Tropical Blue<br />

uniform. Accoutrements shall be arranged in the same manner as the<br />

Tropical Blue, however they may be moved slightly from their normal<br />

are worn with the point up and in a vertical line centered on the tab."<br />

Adds: “W2 – W4 and O-1 – O6” Collar rank insignia are centered between<br />

the top and bottom collar edges. The center of the insignia is parallel and one<br />

inch from the leading edge of the collar. “W-2 – W4 will place their<br />

designator on the left and rank on the right.”<br />

Standardizes the manner of wear for all ADM collar devices and updates the<br />

pictures for the Winter Dress Blue Shirt: "Admiral Stars shall be point-topoint.<br />

With the single top point(s) facing inboard (towards the neck), the<br />

center of the first star is placed one inch in from the collars leading edge<br />

and one inch down from the collars inboard (top) edge with additional<br />

stars running parallel to the collars inboard (top) edge.<br />

Standardizes the manner of wear for all ADM collar devices and updates the<br />

pictures for the Operational Dress Uniform: "Admiral Stars shall be pointto-point,<br />

with the single point(s) facing inboard (towards the neck), the<br />

center of the first star is placed one inch in from the collars leading edge<br />

and one inch up from the collars outboard (bottom) edge with additional<br />

stars running parallel to the collars outboard (bottom) edge.<br />
