coat, with convertible
collar, set-in pockets and a
single row of four 35-ligne
Coast Guard gilt buttons in
each fore part.
A Coast Guard blue,
double-breasted
polyester/cotton coat with
four-button closure,
shoulder epaulets, belted
waist, and has a removable
liner of either a quilted or
pile insulating material.
The trench coat should
extend to a point
approximately two inches
below the back of the knee
when standing upright.
A Coast Guard blue, calf
length double-breasted coat
made of wool-Melton type
fabric with 35-ligne buttons
and two ornamental belt
sections attached by gold
buttons at the rear waist of
the coat.
