FITTING
Size Prediction Chart for ODU Untucked Shirt; Male
Each top will be fitted over a dark blue crewneck T-shirt. The top’s collar and sleeves will be
buttoned.
There must be ample room around the chest and shoulders to permit free use of the arms, without
binding.
The collar must fit smoothly around the neck with ½ inch ease.
Note: Although this top is normally open at the throat, proper fit around the collar is essential
for battle dress purposes.
The shoulder/arm seams must reach a point to the outer edge of the shoulder joint.
The bottom edge of the buttoned cuff for the long sleeve top must cover the wrist bone. A
tolerance of 3/4 of an inch plus or minus is acceptable.
The bottom on the untucked ODU must not go below the top edge of the cargo pockets on each
trouser leg.
ALTERATIONS
Minor tailoring is allowed so the uniform may be given a more appropriate fit. The
overarching design shall not be altered.
