White Socks or Hosiery Socks are worn with oxfords for men or women. Hosiery<br />

may be worn with oxfords, pumps, or flats for women.<br />

Oxfords, pumps, or flats are worn with the trousers;<br />

pumps are mandatory with the skirt.<br />

Warm weather - official uniform when assuming or<br />

relinquishing command participating in Change of<br />

Command ceremonies, official visits with honors,<br />

occasions of state, ceremonies, weddings, and solemnities.<br />
