White Skirt (Unbelted) Optional for women.
White Shirt Women: long or short sleeve.

No collar insignia.
Tie Women: blue tab tie.
Large Medals Worn over wearer’s left pocket.
Ribbons w/o Corresponding Medals Worn over wearer’s right pocket.

White Gloves At describing officer’s discretion.
Sword Worn with sword belt. Women must wear trousers when
sword is worn. Senior officer may prescribe certain
individuals to not wear sword if considered inappropriate
or undesirable.
White Socks or Hosiery Socks are worn with oxfords for men or women. Hosiery
may be worn with oxfords, pumps, or flats for women.
White Oxford Shoes, Pumps, or Flats
White Belt with Brass Buckle
Oxfords, pumps, or flats are worn with the trousers;
pumps are mandatory with the skirt.
Head Gear Combination cap.
Occasions for Wear
Warm weather - official uniform when assuming or
relinquishing command participating in Change of
Command ceremonies, official visits with honors,
occasions of state, ceremonies, weddings, and solemnities.
All officers.
