Overshoes are an optional<br />
item consisting of plain low<br />
cut black rubbers, high-top<br />
overshoes, or black rain/snow<br />
boots, free from adornment.<br />
The boot top will not be<br />
higher than the kneecap.<br />
Button, snap, zipper, hook<br />
and loop (Velcro� type), etc.<br />
fasteners are allowed.<br />
Black / Dark Blue socks are<br />
made of undecorated, plain or<br />
ribbed knitted material. Knee<br />
length or mid calf socks are<br />
authorized.<br />
White socks are made of<br />
undecorated, plain or ribbed<br />
knitted material. Knee length<br />
or mid calf socks are<br />
authorized.<br />
Hosiery is described as<br />
nylons, pantyhose, and<br />
stockings. When hosiery is<br />
worn with a skirt it will be<br />
plain and approximate the<br />
wearer’s flesh color. Black<br />
or flesh colored hosiery,<br />
including knee-high<br />
stockings, may be worn with<br />
oxfords, pumps, or flats when<br />
wearing trousers.<br />
