<strong>Coast</strong> <strong>Guard</strong> blue<br />
waterproof, laminated<br />
supplex nylon and Gore-<br />
Tex� outer shell with<br />
foldaway hood. It has a tab<br />
on the front for placement<br />
of the embroidered FWPII<br />
fabric rank device that is<br />
mandatory for E-4 and<br />
above.<br />
A FWP II fitted blue<br />
Polartec Power Shield<br />
liner. Made of 70%<br />
polyester, 30% nylon.<br />
That is a 98% windproof,<br />
water repellant,<br />
breathable, stretch fabric.<br />
It has a tab on the front<br />
for placement of the<br />
