6.D.7. Coat, Men’s Service Dress Blue
The fit of the men's service dress blue coat is determined by height and chest measurement.
The Regular Fit Coat is determined by a chest and waist dimension, e.g., 40-inch chest and 34-
36-inch waist. It is a semi-fitted coat.
The Athletic Fit Coat is determined by a chest and waist dimension, e.g., 40-inch chest and 32-33
inch waist. It is an easier fitting coat at the chest, shoulders, back, and sleeve biceps than the
regular fit coat.
Determine coat size by using the following tables.
Height Chest Size
Short (S):
Up to 5'6"
Regular
(R):
5'7"- 5'10"
Long (L):
5'11" - 6'1"
Extra Long
(XL):
6'1" - 6'5"
